📋 What Data is Stored

LuckyWheel Pro stores the following data locally in your browser only using localStorage:

This data exists only on your own device. We have no ability to access, read, or delete it. Clearing your browser's cache or site data will remove all stored information.

🚫 What We Do NOT Collect

• No names, email addresses or personal identifiers
• No IP addresses or location data
• No cookies (beyond what your browser may create automatically)
• No analytics or tracking (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel)
• No usage data or event logs
• No payment information
• No device information beyond what your browser natively stores locally

📲 QR Code Prize URLs

When a QR code is generated, the prize information (prize name, emoji, colour, description, company name, event name, round number and timestamp) is encoded directly in the QR URL as query parameters. This means:

• No database or server stores the prize data
• Anyone who obtains the URL can decode the prize details from the URL parameters
• The URL should be treated as the "prize token" — share it only via QR display, not in plain text
• The scan deduplication record (which devices have scanned) is stored only in the scanner's own browser localStorage

🔗 Third-Party Services

LuckyWheel Pro loads the following external resources when used online:

When loading from these services, your IP address may be visible to those providers per their own privacy policies. If you are using the app fully offline (local file), no external requests are made after initial load.

🍪 Cookies

LuckyWheel Pro does not use cookies. We use browser localStorage only (which is not a cookie and is not transmitted with HTTP requests). Your browser may create its own session cookies for Google Fonts or CDN requests — those are governed by the respective third-party policies above.

👶 Children's Privacy

LuckyWheel Pro does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data is collected at all, there is no special risk to children using this tool in classrooms or schools.

⚖️ Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally in your own browser, you have full control:

• Access: View all stored data in your browser's Developer Tools → Application → Local Storage
• Delete: Use the 🔄 Reset button in the app, or clear site data in your browser settings
• Portability: Data is stored as plain JSON in localStorage — you can read it at any time

We hold no copies of your data on any server, so there is nothing for us to provide, delete or transfer.

📝 Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date below and publish the new version at spinwheel.msdevbuild.com/privacy.html. Continued use of the app after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
